Is my memory right, that our only evidence of LL crossing the BBB was Sacha's study of an SHIV-compromised macaque? SHIV infection could disrupt the BBB, and LL could travel into the brain attached to a CCR5 receptor on an invading T cell.
So maybe LL can ride a T cell into the brain in many infections: HIV, covid, AD?)
