Boy is Fauci having to tread lightly. One of the doctors I know at Mt. Sinai had luck with Leronlimab which reduced the viral load and boosted the immune system, but I don’t see Fauci mentioning it! If they could just mitigate this thing so people don’t die, then maybe they could buy time for a vaccine, Oxford perhaps?
