The science says nothing at this point. We need trials without chemotherapy and 700mg dose to make any conclusion about exactly how effective it is. Once it shows efficacy in current trials we can maybe trial sans chemo. Those trials should be done at an earlier stage then 4 so patients can be switched to chemo/leronlimab if necessary. But knowing the FDA they'll probably force us to go to stage 4 cancer.
