If leronlimab can stop the tumors hi-jack of the immune system to protect itself and increase the immune systems response to killing the tumor then chemo may possibly not be necessary. I really want to see the results from the 700mg dose. That dosage is going to be absolutely necessary since chemotherapy increases CCR5 expression.
