That was me.
In the absence of a R/S or a natural increase in share price over time - that is (I think?) The only way an uplist might happen.
Someone has to look at UNVC financials and with the support of A market maker (I think?) - determine a share value that meets the Nasdaq minimum. Nasdaq then has to accept.
The process is not super clear. . .so to an extent - I'm making interpretations and speculating. Just like everyone else here who has no idea what we own.
