I will try to be clear, in any disease, as physicians we want a full toolbox. I guess if you invest you want your tool to be the only one. I realizes now as a doctor you look at all potentially therapies with hope first, as investors you look at any other therapy as a threat to your investment. You are right there are two very different perspectives. Physicians read ALL literature not just the ones supporting one drug. I try to provide a balanced perspective. No one has taken a picture of a colon and suggested the debating scientist has only that view. There are very mean spirited people here. Perhaps you don't want to know about other drugs, just literature reporting failures of other treatments.
