The buy of 944,614 for .023 is interesting to me. I know it's not a ton of money, but this could be one person or entity that is buying a majority of today's volume.
So, someone just dropped $22 to $30 thousand dollars into DECN.
On a side note, many people kept saying that there would no longer be any buys using TDA on CE stocks, but I was able to buy a few shares today.
