It was my impression, that inclusion in Nasdaq required an initial share price of $4, and some other standards as regards Market cap and volume.
Therefore, Mark Kay is clearly implying that revenues this year will justify a share price of $4 without any repeat of the disastrous past RS. Good to hear!
