480,000 share trade at 4:05 pm Eastern time.
This happens almost everyday, and IMO, was logically (and correctly?) explained on yahoo finance several months ago, as "purchases" that occurred probably within a minute of the market closing, but not "registered" until after market closed. There are usually 1 or 2 big trades and a few small trades. The large trades such as this trade of 480,000 shares, have been explained as "probably a "bundled accumulated grouping" of several purchases that actually occurred earlier in the day, but some entitiy holds them until the end of the day. You can correctly detect that this is second hand information???
