CGC; As a Kaiser member myself I would suggest sending the information to Member Services with a request to have the pharmacy/formulary or corporate Covid team to review the drug. I believe they have committees for these purposes. If we can get a number of people to make the same request to Member Services - the squeeky wheel may work.

I haven’t had any luck getting doctors (my general or my mother’s oncologist) interested in listening. One can only imagine the crazy stuff they filter from the public every day.
