Some are making the assumption that this
refers to Innova rapid test and that currently there is not a working app with those rapid test..
I beg to differ.
I don't think this is referring just to the rapid test at all but integrating QMC HealthID with ALL of Innova's products

5. Additional QMC Obligations. QMC shall, as soon as is practicable (a) develop a functioning product integrating QMC™ HealthID and Innova Medical Group, Inc.’s products (b) integrate the QMC™ HealthID technology with Pasaca’s analytics engine partner, Enabling Tech Capital, Ltd. and Pasaca’s COVID-19 rapid test kit providers as identified by Pasaca.
