I don't believe that the FDA has a beef with NP that's caused the HIV BLA problems. But even if they do, if CD12 comes in with great results and Leron/Vyro saves big bunches of lives, the slate will be wiped clean and NP will be beloved at the FDA. The vaccines seem good, but the earlier HCQ/Rem/ plasma disasters, not to mention bleach and sunlight, made the government look really bad; even this past week the NY Times was chirping at how much of a failure the hunt for therapeutics has been. CYDY can become the loved child of the FDA, with good Covid results. And, perhaps, the road to an HIV BLA will become smooth and soft as your first girlfriend's cheek.
