My question is...Why didnt SFOR just sell 30,000,000 shares at .10 with the express intent of paying off all debt instead of allowing conversion to take place with massive dilution? We would have under 100 million shares outstanding debt free and looking pretty attractive to investors but I guess friends and family could not make a butt load of money then...what was I thinking...lol
