I agree, Assiduous, that the capital structure was a good move.
Good point. It would make sense for NGIO to issue/sell some of the shares from treasury to meet their capital requirements (rather than some convoluted means of moving money from GNBT to NGIO, as separate companies). This would probably make the total OS 100MM + how ever many they need to issue... maybe 10MM?
But I think GNBT will go ahead and IPO some of their 64MM shares now as well, to get the parts moving. While it wouldn't make sense for Joe to reduce GNBT holdings any more than necessary, it also wouldn't make sense for Joe to wait 6 months to close the AltuCell deal and get at least some of the GNBT pieces spinning up.
