My thoughts on the voting rights dilution. I hope Joe already has the money lined up or they thought about this long and hard.
Honest question.
What institution is going to invest in a company knowing that it will never have a say as to how the company is run. If i make a large investment i want to be able to have a decision in how the company operates. If the company stares to flounder and needs a new direction where will that come from if large investors are locked out of the decision making process?
Is this normal in biotech companies? Will institutional investors accept this structure?
