The way I see it, Joe is doing what he needs to do to get NGIO to Naz. Nothing happens without that.
He kept control of the voting, which is fair enough, IMO, since GNBT owned 91% of the company. If the company grows or makes acquisitions with shares, that will become diluted or maybe even altered as part of the terms of a deal.
But in the meantime, he increased our (div share recipients) share of ownership from ~9% to ~36%. I'll take a 4x increase in my ownership, and I'm pretty sure you got div shares, so you'll reap the same reward.
