Re: chazzledazzle #75954
“And investor sometimes can tell if a Form T transaction is by a buyer or seller by looking at the price the trades were entered at. If entered at the lower end of the day's range and the shares were under pressure, it's likely a seller. If entered at the high end of the range, and shares were surging, it's likely from a buyer.”
8,200 shares were transacted at 5.77
800,000 shares were transacted at 6.69 or so
Since I don’t know when these trades occurred in real time, I have no way of knowing where they were entered in the range of today’s trades. Is it even knowable?
Does anyone know if more were bought, or more were sold?
I’m having a hard time pasting a screen save from investor hangout in the Time and Sales tab under the Cytodyn board. But if you were to look at that (the board Not sunclouds per se) you might see my querie a little better.
8,200 in red
300,000 in white
500,000 in green.
W’s by all of above.
I know two things. I’m a douche. And I don’t know if more of these trades were pumping or dumping.
TIA, sunclouds, and others.
