Financial statements are a must to evaluate this. How many shares have to be authorized. Is there a reverse split?
When this happens, Pasaca has all the leverage for direction of the company. Probably a good thing, but we lose absolutely any say as common shareholders when that happens.
I want liquidity returned by being current and having all brokerages trading QTMM freely. When that happens, then we get higher share price rise from new developments and this purchase.
