He owns very little GNBT, if any. He has significant NGIO holdings. Why does he not own GNBT shares?
1) He put hundreds of thousands of his own money into Generex towards getting SEC filings up to date early on.
2) Joe historically has taken very little in compensation in order to help keep the company afloat
