I dont think we can make that assumption.
This tells me that they will probably sell an amount that will take common share ownership under 50%.
Lets say conservatively they sell 20m to raise an even 100m
Then they own 45% of the common shares so share price should be around .45*500m= $225m/109m GNBT shares= $2.29 pps gnbt
