Pasaca Capital Inc. a private company that just came into a lot of money, what if the reason Pasaca Capital Inc. brought 51% 0f QTMM was to take Pasaca Capital Inc. public?
And the reason the one year clause was put there was to allow Squires after a year to have QDX (QMC) healthID Inc be diversed off as a private company.
Other wise why put a one year time limit on a company you own 51%?
