My opinion on when you might see a hit piece is when the stock has a huge down day of 15% or more . Sometimes very weak 2 or more days in a row Real down looking day . Then the next day about an hour after trading opens they release it . This is just my humble opinion . They pounce on already a weakening stock . It easier to drive down if the stock is already beaten up ,
