The "big buying" networked group just targeted ICNM buying all 200M .0004 left in a single second - putting in an instant 1 Billion bid at .0004 - taking out all the .0005s in seconds and now .0006s going. There are no company developments.
Expect it to be INCC's turn in due course - they seem to be going through all .000xs systematically. If we can get them to start at .0007, .0010 > .0020 should be possible since almost nobody will be holding any significant amount above current levels.
