Wondering if it would be possible to collect all the suggestions/questions as they come in and log them in the in the Board Information Box?

As they get answered those answers could go alongside the questions. That would be easy to see what has been submitted and what has received a reply, and easily reached by all.

That way the Question/Suggestions won't get lost.
