The unskilled and intelligence burdened workers will now see a greater barrier in entry to the labor force. A 15 dollar wage will cost an employer closer to 18 dollars. On an eight hour day that is $144. Can a stupid person create that much utility for an employer. Doubt it. How bout a senior that works slower and is weaker both mentally and physically than their counterparts?
