You can have 15 or 100. If they are not self motivated people that are very concerned with getting their job done, not because they worry about getting fired but because they just are good workers, then we will have these types of problems. I have a team of 4 including myself. We take care of 8 wells, 3 test facilities, and 2 production platforms. We produce 1400bopd and 26,000mcf/d with only about 2% downtime per year. I have had to let several employees go and have built a team that I can depend on. My team is the best in the gulf in my opinion and sometimes I think I am the weakest link. My guys know what needs to be done and get it done even if they have to work around the clock for several days in a row. They don't complain they just get it done. We are in the process of re-completing two wells right now and drilling 2 more. This will put our production somewhere around 3500bopd and 55,000mcf/d and we will still take care of all of it with just 4 people. They don't need 15 employees, they just need a few real HANDS that are GO GETTERS!!!
