I think I asked this question before, but I don't remember any meaningful response. Can NGIO be taken public with a SPAC? There is plenty of money out there, and it seems like it is looking for a place to land. Is there a regulatory reason for not employing a SPAC as opposed to a shell or traditional IPO process? Actually, I forget the means by which NGIO is supposed to come public. Do you guys remember? Time just flies.
