That’s the safe way kinda . Depends on on lot of factors too long to type . But with a binary event and when that happens in relation to when 10 hits . It’s a big variable . Just saying I’ll buy when it hits 10 is not a good idea . But buying a new high is generally an ok idea. But much needs to be considered .
