Frustrated doesn't even begin to describe how I feel. Nothing and I mean nothing ever gets updated. You can go all the way back to TB, grant applications and further. Initial news comes out, sounds positive and then just left to die. It's the lack of openness that make me question if management knows what there doing or just flying by the seat of their pants. Based on the updates and PR's I believe we have the products but nothing ever gets done with them. Successful managers surround themselves with the right people and let there success reflect on the principle. Micro management is showing it doesn't work. My way or the highway isn't working. I want nothing but a successful co, If things don't change nothing is going to change and that doesn't mean a change in upper management but a willingness to let others help. imo
