It's pretty funny. They are trying to make it look like the CEO is a criminal for taking shares he is contractually allocated.
The bashers are pretty desperate trying to criminalize a legitimate company that is doing the same thing every other company does in regards to issuing shares to incentiveise it's executives.
Probably not smart to lump all pink sheets under the same umbrella. Some of those folks are like a broken record.
Like the old addage, you keep spewing lies often enough people will eventually start to take it as the truth....
