I may be mistaken, but NeuroRx is a privately held company I'm not sure if their legal obligations are the same (with regards to public announcements). Relief is publicly traded (swiss exchange and OTC), so maybe that's a loophole, but someone else might be able to weigh in on that. And if heads roll, we'll hear about it.
