The more appropriate calculation is to work from market cap. Share price alone does not tell much, as outstanding shares can increase or decrease with share repurchases or splits.
Current market caps:
Gilead $80B, Cytodyn 3.3.
Gilead currently worth 24x Cytodyn.
$5.5 current share price x 24= $132 share price if Cytodyn were to have same market cap as Gilead.
As Cytodyn has potential with leronlimab to eclipse Gilead, multiply from there.
