I don't know but it was done about three days ago with another company. The only way I found it was reviewing the SEC filing, never released by the company or even mentioned the request was received. Must be "a behind the scene request". I hope NP did not upset the apple cart with the Filipino interview if it was not meant to be public. I don't know; mostly conjecture on my part, but conjecture seems to be allowable here. Maybe OWS is trying to move these approvals at Warp Speed, once Scotty has fixed the energy generators on the Enterprise.
