Mits" You are 100% correct. My medical knowledge is (0). I am smart enough to know when I can't do something you surround yourself with people who have the expertise in that area. The current team has proven that they can create and develop but what they haven't proven is that they can't get it off the shelf. There's plenty to highly qualified experts in there respective fields and yet they can't fix a light switch so they hire someone who knows what to do. Does that make then incompetent, NO, but they should stick to their area of expertise. Successful people know their limitations, control their egos and don't assume they know it all.
