IMO it's was due to people trying to average down with less and less brokerages to trade the stock. Also fear of missing out. I follow a few boards.
Don't want to over reach here or get mine or anyone hopes up here, but I noticed on the fda approval website a BGI genomics was recently approved and it looks like their original submittal was back on 3/26/20. If DECN did in fact submit application for eua hopefully it will be there turn soon.
