This is a post on the pother board from MSSV IR:
"Couple of things to realize... Mssv is not very behind, Laho was 2 years behind. The sec will not be halting Mssv. This purchase will happen the funds are ready to go on the final payment. Getting caught up on filings is going smoothly. Early March, Mssv will be pink current and will set the actual close date which will take us to early April. At which point 73% share ownership will be given to holders by laho’s management per the agreement. The SS will change as will how many shares you once held in Laho. The PPS will dictate the value. This will become an IPO of sorts for GSCG with heavy anticipation the PPS will rise. The holders with preferred shares will have a temporary hold of approx 3 months before trading for obvious reasons. However, conversion will be straight forward, note you will have the option to hold as well. Your eyes should be focused to early March."
