So, I thought I would look up the data in the Phillippines with respect to the cases and mortality. According to worldometer.com they have 521,413 confirmed cases and 10,600 fatalities.
Seems interesting that we are reserving 100,000 doses for them. If they do in fact purchase that many, it may be in stages. Or they could be buying enough to last a while, or perhaps they are actually looking to treat patients before the reach severe/critical.
If we apply that same ratio to the US (which is irresponsible) we would need just over 5 million doses for the US.
Just speculating over here.
