PCT,LTD Patent Lawsuit all claims have been settled!!!
PCTL was the plaintiff, the other company the defendant. The mere fact that the defendant settled, and removed all evidence of PCTL and its products form its website, something a resourceful poster here on this board pointed out a day or two ago, this clearly suggests a favorable outcome for PCTL.
