Actually, it is not over for jBI in the legal mess they find themselves in. ALl of the other suits (derivative suit, various shareholder lawsuits) will benefit from this. It establishes a precedent. Now the other parties can get at least the same kind of settlement. What kind of vistory is it for this company to get into these ituations in the first place?
