calstang, you do not have some of the process of trial data collection, locking of the database, data cleaning and analysis, Trial Master File generation, TMF archiving, TMF transfer and Unblinding correct.

There are many youtube videos by people who do trials that explain the whole process. None of them are completely unambiguous that I have found but I haven't watch the hours long training videos.

Amarex will transfer a form to Cytodyn telling them how to access the TMF and see the data and analysis Amarex and the trial sites have done and that is the "unblinding". Trial site data is very raw and granular, Amarex makes it intelligible.
