Boca Raton, FL, and Rehovot, Israel (OTC Pink: APYP) AppYea, Inc. ("AppYea" or the "Company"
begun the process to acquire 100% of the outstanding shares of SleepX Ltd., a company formed under the laws of Israel ("SleepX" and Nexense Technologies USA Inc., a Delaware corporation.
