Their are many more functions needed when you start to commercially distribute a medical product beyond just shipping
Order taking
Billing
Collections
Contracting
Returns
Adverse event tracking and reporting
Complaint handling
And the list goes on
Don’t underestimate the cost and complexity of a commercial organization.
We need to buy that capability unless CYDY builds it someday - which requires people, processes and technology which cost money and takes time.
