These lawsuit filings are a total sham. These so called sophisticated firms are nothing but ambulance chasers that take these claims on a basis that if any money is made they take a whopping amount for their services and the rest (minimal) gets spread over those who signed up. keep in mind it is only for those who took a LOSS OF $100,000 or more. NOW DO YOU REALLY THINK THAT PEOPLE WHO HAD THAT KIND OFLOSS WOULD FALL FOR A SHAM LIKE THIS????
