How will we meet the $4 PPS required for NASDAQ uplist?
I'll answer that.
Independent financial audit, supported by MM's and accepted by Nasdaq. The only of the 3 ways I know that seems plausible short-term.
Other 2 are reverse split (which Doc has said we won't do), and natural rise in PPS over time.
