I wasn't clear late last night. I was trying to focus people on the "number needed to treat" to save a life being better for leronlimab than for any other drug - maybe as low as 6, assuming we cut death rate from one in 3 to one in 6. That's what makes the drug so cost effective.
It's also why a billion doses requires a leap I don't get. I was hoping to calm that discussion by saying that, even under the tremendously aggressive assumption that half of US hospitals use leronlimab as SOC, we have already ordered nearly half of what is required to fill that need next year under the assumptions given.
