Agreed. It is certainly possible that we get there. In fact I've bet a large sum of money on it.
I'm just trying to be clear that statements that we would sell that much today are out of line.
I am a positive long. As we all should be. I am probably more optimistic than most (due to my obsession with learning all that I can about this molecule.).
BUT. (all caps). It is irresponsible to make statements that today there is an unlimited demand for Leronlimab.
We all hope that our drug can save the world from all of these illnesses. Some for profit, some for humanity, most for both (in varying degrees).
But we are most certainly not there yet with cancer, hiv, gvhd, nash, etc etc. We are close with HIV, and hopefully COVID.
But we are not close to instant, or even annual sales of 2 billion doses. We need to be realistic.
