Stevo180,
Dr. Patterson was confident and straightforward, as we have come to expect.
He addressed both acute/severe Covid and long haulers, expressing his frustration that tools exists, yet not being used, for precision medicine, differentiation among the range of virologic and immunologic disfunction.
He remains very positive on Leronlimab and CCR5 inhibition.
He stood head and shoulders above the other presenters addressing therapeutic responses to Covid, especially and inclusive of the presenter discussing Remdesivir.
On a related and positive note, the presenters for Pfizer and Moderna were adamant that the mRNA technology allows essentially real-time modification of their vaccines in response to viral mutation.
I am very, very pleased with the discussion by Patterson for both acute and long hauler Covid manifestations and the ability of the Pfizer and Moderna keep abreast of Covid mutations.
Truly, both the vaccines and leronlimab position medicine to better respond to future viral outbreaks.
