LERONLIMAB a humanized monoclonal antibody to CCR5 ...BLOCKS breast cancer cellular Metastasis and ENHANCES cell Death induced by DNA damaging chemotherapy.
RESULTS: (a)The binding of LERONLIMAB with CCR5 expressed in Breast Cancer Cells.
(b) The EFFICIENCY of LERONLIMAB binding to CCR5-positive cells was up to 98%.
(c) Leronlimab BLOCKS CCL-3-and CCL4-induced Ca+2 responses in Human breast
cancer cells.
(d) LERONLIMAB BLOCKS CCR5=mediated invasion of human Breast Cancer cells
into the Extra Cellular Matrix.
The words BLOCKS and Enhances appears many times throughout this report..all
pointing in ONE direction.
