I have to somewhat disagree. COVID19, even with vaccines, is likely to become an endemic unless a vaccine is developed that results in an anti-body that can last up to, or longer than, 1 year. The vaccines at this point will reduce the amount of COVID19 on the planet, but it will not eliminate it. Similar to influenza, there will still be severe and critical cases of COVID19 around the world and they need a treatment. If leronlimab demonstrates efficacy in the S/C population, it will likely become the world standard for the S/C population. That would result in demand for leronlimab in nearly every country, resulting in at least $1 billion a year (or more) for the COVID indication for the next 5 years.
