I doubt it will have any effect on RMHB. They helped with the launch of the partnership between Rocky Mountain and CBD Life and offered up some ingredients as far as water soluble CBD, but that's about the extent of the relationship as far as I understand.

I'm sure RMHB can find other suppliers of CBD if it comes down to that. Rocky Mountain also has a lot of other irons in the fire besides the CBD Life Mexico deal, although it seems certain they will continue on in Mexico as it seems to be a very lucrative market.

There is also the hand sanitizer market and all the other outlets in the USA that carry RMHB product.

Besides, the filing was in December and RMHB has been on a roll lately, so it doesn't seem to have a negative impact on the stock price.
